La aplicación de U Rent It, S.A. de C.V. integra su sistema empresarial Odoo ERP con los servicios de Google Cloud para permitir el envío seguro y automatizado de correos electrónicos mediante Gmail API y autenticación OAuth 2.0. Esta integración se utiliza exclusivamente para comunicaciones legítimas relacionadas con la operación de U Rent It —como facturación electrónica, cotizaciones, recordatorios de pago y atención postventa— garantizando la seguridad, trazabilidad y cumplimiento con las políticas de privacidad y protección de datos conforme a la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).
Purpose of the application:
The U Rent It, S.A. de C.V. application integrates its Odoo ERP business system with Google Cloud services to enable the secure and automated sending of emails through the Gmail API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. This integration is used exclusively for legitimate communications related to U Rent It’s operations—such as electronic invoicing, quotations, payment reminders, and post-sales support—ensuring security, traceability, and compliance with privacy and data protection policies in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
